Sea grass or Manatee grass is great for growing baby seahorse fry dwarf seahorses and fish fry of all kinds.

Saltwater plants like Sea Grass are a habitat shelter for copepods, amphipods, fish, seahorses, snails, crabs, and shrimp.

Amphipods love seagrass to live in and set up breeding colonies.

Sea grass ca be planted in Refugium also, but needs light to thrive. Once it acclimates to your tank environment it will start to grow more stalks from the roots of the existing stalks. This is true marine sea grass: the marine version of terrestrial grass.

Sea Grass are 4-8 inches high. This saltwater sea grass strain can grow to more than 12 inches in height.
