We guarantee our live copepods cultures to arrive alive in your hands. Our Copepod and Amphipods specimens are handled, packed, and shipped, with the utmost care from harvesting at our Copepod farm to your door.

We have no control over what happens in transit with the carrier. If, for any reason there is a problem with DOA's when you receive your shipment, we require that you inspect and report to us at time of delivery. Email at flmantis@aol.com and we will respond within the hour.

If you do your part, and make sure you’re present to receive the pods, inspect, and report any issues at time of delivery, we will resend a new batch of Copepods at no cost to you.
